GOLD Leadership Certificate Program Journal Reflection Guidelines

Journal reflections are required for each of the eight workshops used to fulfill the requirements for every leadership certificate. · Write your thoughts and reactions by completing the following three thoughts:

(1) I learned…
(2) My story connected to this workshop is …
(3) I am planning to …

· Wait one or two weeks after a workshop to reflect

· Write using (or convert to) Microsoft word file.

· Heading should include your name, GOLD account number, and the date and title of the workshop

· Minimum of 250 and maximum of 500 words single spaced

· Submit by going to your GOLD Account at http://gold.geneseo.edu

· Click on “View GOLD Certificate Progress” and make sure your attendance has been confirmed in your account

· Click on “Not Submitted”

· Browse your files to find this journal, open, and click “Submit Journal”
