Gold Leadership Certificate

GOLD PERSONAL LEADERSHIP MODEL CERTIFICATE
The Gold Certificate provides opportunities to explore a wide variety of leadership theories and models in the context of the historical development of leadership as an emerging field of study, examines individual leadership theories, assists students in developing a personal leadership model, and requires students to demonstrate an understanding of a minimum of eight of the major leadership theories. The Gold designated theory workshops may not be offered every semester.

The Gold Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the bronze and silver certificates and eight gold level workshops, including the four required workshops (Creating and Leading Inclusive Environments, Developing A Personal Leadership Model, History of Leadership, and Leadership Identity Development) submission of journal reflecitons for the eight workshops, and a Personal Leadershp Model 7-10 page reflection paper.
